Jaipur's pink-city jewelers have been crafting since the Mughal era. We source from Kundanwada — the lane in old Jaipur where polki and kundan masters still work by lamplight. Born in Aminabad, Lucknow's chikankari capital. We started with my grandmother's home-stitching unit in 1987 and now work with 40 artisan families across UP. Every chikan kurta is hand-embroidered — you can see the irregularities that prove human work. Our cuts are designed for the Indian-American customer: longer sleeves, modest necklines, roomier fits.

Surat's textile mills supply roughly 40% of India's clothing fabric — we grew up among them. Rangoli specializes in lighter daywear for diaspora summers: chanderis, mulmuls, cotton silks. We pre-shrink and color-test every fabric before stitching so your kurta survives American washing machines.

Three generations of weavers in Varanasi's silk heartland, where every saree starts as a hand-drawn motif on graph paper. We work directly with looms in Madhuvan and Ramnagar that have produced Banarasis since the 1940s — no middlemen, every purchase pays the artisan. Each piece is photographed in our Mumbai studio after a final inspection by Kavita, our master quality lead.

Kerala's craft heritage runs 2000 years deep — Cochin spice traders, Travancore brassware, Malabar woodwork. We curate from artisan cooperatives across Cochin, Aranmula, and Mannar. Our brass diyas come from the same families who supply Padmanabhaswamy temple. Tanjore paintings hand-painted with 22K gold leaf — every piece comes with the artisan's name.

My grandfather Lakshminarayana started Vellanki Sweets in 1958 from a single cart in Vijayawada. Today we ship the same kaja, gavvalu, and pootharekulu — same recipes, same kuvalakam, freeze-packed and overnight shipped across the US so your kids taste the sweets you grew up with.
